The story begins with a young boy named Dan who has never lost a Bakugan match. While in a match against a bully Dan sees a vision of two Bakugan brawling. Is there more to the game than what the players think?

A mysterious Bakugan player named Masquerade, who is ranked at #1 on the list of Bakugan players, is stealing Bakugan from players worldwide. Dan makes an open challenge to Masquerade, and loses two of his Bakugan to this mysterious player, thanks to a Doom Card, which makes a Bakugan disappear forever. Dan is lucky enough to not lose Drago, but might if he loses to Masquerade again.

Masquerade teams up with a player with Rikimaru, by giving him a very special Bakugan. When Rikimaru and Dan battle, Drago ends up using a dangerous move to save himself and win the battle. Dan gets angry, and throws Drago into a river, cursing the day they met.

Dan has a hard time adjusting to life without Drago. He ends up causing a schoolmate named Ryo to drop his computer and runs away, hurting Ryo's feelings. Masquerade takes advantage of Ryo's hurt feelings, and Ryo beats Dan in a battle. Dan finds Drago, and tries to make up with Ryo.

Dan and Runo meet for the first time, outside of the Bakugan website, and realize that they live in the same town. Dan drops his BakuPod, and Runo picks it up, noticing that Dan has battled Masquerade. She goes in his place, but ends up battling a boy named Tatsuya.

While at an amusement park, Dan and Runo are invited onstage to assist a magician act by two brothers. Dan picks a card, and realizes it's a Doom Card. The brothers are working for Masquerade, and Dan and Runo get tricked into a battle.

Marucho reveals that he secretly moved to Dan's neighborhood, and throws an elaborate welcome party. Masquerade makes a business offer with the famous pop band duo, Jenny and Jewels. The duo crash the welcome party, and challenge the Battle Brawlers.

Dan and Marucho fight against the pop star duo, Jenny & Jewels. After a narrow victory, Drago tells the Brawlers about how the Bakugan came to Earth, and how a human entered the Bakugan world of Vestroia.

Masquerade manipulates two boys, Kosuke and Takashi, into using his Doom Cards against the Bakugan Battle Brawlers. He promises that he'll reunite their friend Ai with her brother if they help him. Wanting to help their friend, they take the bait and soon run into Runo and Marucho, who are at the airport to pick up their website friend, Alice. Luckilly, Alice is skilled in the finer points of combination battle, and coaches her friends to victory. Alice has a secret, however, that might just ruin her friendship with the Brawlers.

Julie and her childhood friend, Billy, go one-on-one in a Bakugan battle. Although Julie's defeated by Billy, she's impressed with his skills and his Bakugan, "Cycloid." They make a great team, and Julie wishes she could befriend a talking Bakugan. Later, when Julie admits to herself how lonely she really is, the Bakugan Gorem appears. The two seem to be destined for each other.

Marucho and Runo realize that the combined powers of the Bakugan Brawlers are not enough to defeat Masquerade. Without Dan's knowledge, they visit Shun to try and get him to join. Shun's grandfather tries to get them to leave, but Shun makes a deal. If they win, he joins. If they lose, he'll walk away.

Alice realizes that she may have a connection with the mysterious Hal-G, but doesn't have the courage to tell the other Brawlers. Meanwhile, Dan recalls the last battle he had with Shun. Shun's mother gives Shun a Bakugan, "Skyress", to watch over him.

Masquerade has been destroying the Bakugans of kids all over the world, and the Brawlers have to put a stop to it. Reluctantly, Dan accompanies Runo and Marucho to Shun's house to recruit him one more, but find out he's joining Masquerade! Dan accepts the challenge of battle, and with Drago, fights against Shun and Masquerade.

Lured by an invitation to celebrate their world class rankings, five of the top ten Bakugan players gather at a mysterious mansion. There they meet Masquerade & the evil Bakugan "Naga". They're put under a spell to take Dan & the other Battle Brawlers out of the picture. Meanwhile, Alice confesses that she believes that her grandfather Michael is responsible for the destruction of Vestroia. They decide to take a look around Michael's lab to find evidence of what happened to him.

The Brawlers finally meet Julie up close and personal, but the mood goes from happy to sad when they see what's happening in Vestroia. Julie and Shun fight with Julie's friend Billy, the 9th ranked Bakugan player, and her neighbor Komba, the 5th ranked Bakugan player, knowing they were tricked by Masquerade to take out Dan and the rest of the Brawlers.

Julie is still upset about Billy's betrayal, but tries to put it behind her so she can support the other brawlers. Meanwhile, Shun tells them about a valley similar to Bakugan Valley. Everyone heads there but on the way it is revealed that Shun lied about it being similar, and it was all a ploy to try and see why Masquerade always knows where they are all the time. He tells them that there has to be someone spying on them. At the valley, the 3rd best Brawler Chan Lee appears and challenges Dan to a brawl.

The Brawlers are having trouble finding the Infinity Core. When they learn that their location might be being broadcasted, they shut off their signal.

When Marucho loses his Bakugan to Klaus, he and Runo give chase, and wind up in Masquerade's castle!

After a quarrel between the Brawlers, they all go separate ways. Julie decides to pursue her friend Billy and try to save him from Masquerade's evil ways.

When Shun leaves the group, Alice chases after him. Meanwhile Dan goes to take on Masquerade alone.

Klaus, Chan-Lee, and Julio return to finish off the Brawlers. Dan, Runo, and Marucho take them on, but what will happen when Klaus uses Marucho's stolen Bakugan?

The Brawlers have been pushed back, but will the return of Preyas and the evolution of Drago be enough to bring them to victory?

Learning that Webmaster Joe is at the hospital, Dan and the other head there. However, while heading for Joe's room, Drago gets lost.

Alice helps a little boy defeat his biggest rival.

Tensions form between the group of Brawlers when it is believed that one of them is a double agent.

The Brawlers head to face Masquerade in one final battle.

The Battle Brawlers learn through Webmaster Joe (who was on a trip with his mother) that Masqerade has defeated the World's Top Bakugan players, so they try to come up with a strategy to beat him. The strategy seems to backfire when Masquerade visits Dan's house and gets him to accept a battle. Now the evolved Drago and the evolved Hydranoid will go head-to-head with the loser getting a one-way trip to the Doom Dimension, which is later revealed to be full of Bakugan turned into stone.

The Brawlers mourn over the loss of Dan and Drago. Meanwhile, Shun gets a challenge from Masquerade and decides to join Dan in the Doom Dimension. When Skyress learns of this plan, she tries to gather the other Bakugan and try to save Vestroia without putting their human partners in risk. Soon, the other Brawlers catch onto his plan and decide to join him, but first Runo makes a promise to Dan's mom - he's safe and will be home soon.

In the Doom Dimension, the Legendary Ancient Warriors of Vestroia prepare to test the powers of the Brawlers, seeing if they are worthy enough to save Vestroia. The Brawlers are separated and Julie is left with Gorem to face the Subterra Warrior, Clayf, and a shadow of her perfect sister, Daisy. With help from Gorem, Julie learns that she isn't her sister and she can only do the best she can do. Because of this, Gorem evolves into Subterra Hammer Gorem, and defeats Clayf.

Marucho must battle the Aquos Elemental Warrior, Frosch, and he is forced to send in Preyus early when he learns he is battling a shadow of himself. Preyus isn't feeling well throughout the battle, but he is able to give Marucho guidance to accepting his past. Marucho knew that he only did what his parents told him to make them happy, but he didn't like to always be so obidient. This causes Marucho to hate his old self. By accepting the past him, Marucho was able to help Preyus' digestion problem. This allows Preyus to evolve by spitting out his brothers: Aquos Angelo/Aquos Diablo Preyus. Will the combined strength of these brothers prove to be enough to defeat the Aquos Warrior?

Shun is stuck with the female Ventus Lord, Oberus, who has summoned a child that looks like Shun's mom to battle. The child convinces Shun to play with her while the sun is still setting, which it never does. Shun must battle himself as well when he is forced to choose between going back or staying in this world with his mother. In the battle with Oberus, Shun believes that he doesn't need his friends. His belief causes Skyress to die after a great impact with Oberus. When Shun realises his mistake, a tear drops down onto Skyress' ability card, changing it, and miraclesly reviving Skyress, which evolved into Storm Skyress. In the end, when Shun chooses to return to his world, Skyress evolves to Ventus Storm Skyress.

Runo and Tigrerra must battle a young boy from Runo's past (a smaller version of Dan) summoned by The Haos lord, Lars Lion. The test is for Runo to realize how much she truly treasures her and Dan's friendship/love. When Tigrerra is getting hit by Lars Lion's piercing arrows of light, Runo realises the friendship/love that she treasures and says "We are Friends Forever Dan!" in the English dub, while she says "I love you Dan!" in the Japanese Version. When Runo realizes this, Tigrerra evolves into Haos Blade Tigrerra.

Dan must battle the Pyrus Lord, Apollonier, in order for him and his friends to return to their world. He and Drago soon find out that they're battling a clown. Dan manages to win the battle, but Drago doesn't evolve. When Dan rips off the clown's mask, it turns out to be Runo. In order for Drago to evolve and Dan to past his test, he must battle, and win, against each of the Brawlers.

Joe is determined to find out where his friends have gone, so he challenges Masquerade to a battle. At first Joe appears to be outmatched, but Wyvern returns to give Joe assistance. The Brawlers also return, and Masquerade realizes his battle is only beginning. Dan explains everything about the Bakugan to his mother, who believes him and asks Drago to take care of him. Naga is revealed as one of the most dangerous Bakugan in the world.

Dan tells Shun, Julie, and Marucho that he has yet to pass the test in the Doom Dimension and the only way to have Drago evolve he has to defeat his friends one by one. Julie first battles Dan and Dan wins. Then, he battles Marucho and wins again. Shun says he will battle Dan the next morning. Masquerade is in the Doom Dimension and is about to start a battle with Alice.

Dan's final test is to beat his friends so his Dragonoid can evolve to the next level and become the Ultimate Bakugan. Dan battles Runo and Shun while Masquerade goes to see the Darkus Lord, Exeedra, and he ends up fighting Alice as a mirage.

Joe shows up after Dan defeats Julie, Marucho, and Runo for Wyvern to check out Drago's battling skills when Dan and Shun have their battle to finish Dan's test. Meanwhile, the Darkus Lord and Masquerade finish their battle. In the end Drago beats Skyress and becomes the Pyrus Ultimate Dragonoid, and Duel Hydranoid beats the Darkus Lord and evolves into the Darkus Alpha Hydranoid.

Alice appears to be disappearing all the time. Dan goes to talk with Marucho, Runo, Shun, and Julie and ends up finding Alice! Alice won't explain anything and leaves. Later, Joe receives a message from Masquerade, and Dan decides he'll take over to fight Masquerade with Drago to end it once and for all with Masquerade. Dan wins and offers Masquerade to join the Battle Brawlers to help defeat Naga. But Masquerade refuses and takes off his mask. It is revealed that Alice was Masquerade the whole time!

Hal-G appears to explain the origin of Alice and Masquerade. Because she is unable to forgive herself, Alice then disappears. Meanwhile a huge hole opens up in the ocean and weird weather has been happening all throughout the earth. Through much convincing, the Brawlers convince their parents about the Bakugan. What will they find in the decaying Vestroia? Dan and the Brawlers decide to take a little road trip, to Vestroia!

Alice tells Klaus about what she did as Masquerade, and gets pulled into a battle to punish her for sending his Bakugan to the Doom Dimension while she had been Masquerade. However, Klaus was just trying to teach her a lesson, that everyone, and everything must work together in order to create harmony.

The Brawlers travel into the Aquos world to find Naga, where they encounter Bakugan named Tayghen and Hairadee.

As the remaining Brawlers enter the hybrid world of Subterra and Haos, a pair of Subterra/Haos Bakugan sisters named Rabeeder and Tricloid fall in love with Dan. The sisters say the only way out is if they beat them in a race. Dan and Drago win and leave to the next world.

Dan and Drago have passed into another world are up against a couple of fierce Bakugan Gatekeepers.

Alice becomes Masked Man to aid Dan and Drago, but they find Centorrior and Druman unexpectedly powerful. Undeterred, Dan and Masked Man formulate a strategy to overcome their foes.

The Brawlers fail to reach Vestroia in time, allowing Naga to invade Earth with his destructive Bakugan army. To thwart him, they must locate Wavern, the keeper of the Infinity Core.

Naga and his followers sow panic worldwide, but the Brawlers return. Wavern creates a force field around them using the Infinity Core, yet it collapses due to the core's intense heat.

The Brawlers divide to defend separate areas of the neighbourhood. Billy and Cycloid arrive to assist Julie and Gorem. Julie warns that Tricloid's arrival will bring Naga's malevolent influence.

Rabeeder hunts for the Infinity Core to deliver to Naga, but Alice and Christopher confront her. Meanwhile, Wavern urges Drago to take the Infinity Core before Naga can steal it.

The return of Naga's Ventus/Aquos servant hybrid Hairadee has brought new troubles for Komba and Shun. While Skyress is trapped in a barrier of ice, Shun reveals his ninja skills to free Skyress and defeat the hybrid. Julio crashes the party and helps the battle. Will the three of them be enough to take Naga's servant on?

Things don't look so good for Wavern and the Infinity Core. They are hiding at the top of the Wardington Tower and Naga and his forces are close.

Naga has trapped Wavern, and although it looks like she has no choice but to surrender the Infinity Core to her wicked brother, Dan and Drago arrive.

As Hal-G releases 5th Paladins, all seems hopeless until the Brawlers send their Bakugan to aid a wounded Drago. They destroy the 5th Paladins as Naga absorbs the 5th Paladins' energies. With the last of his power, Drago fires a brilliant burst of fire.

When New Vestroia is invaded and it's residents enslaved, Dan and Drago must join together to battle the attackers.

Dan, Marucho and Mira join together to form a resistance. Dan must prove himself in an extra trial when resistance leader Ace forces him to battle Percival.

Dan and Baron get pumped-up before they go into battle. Baron proves his bravery and skill by teaming up with Nemus to do battle.

Marucho watches Dan and the rest of the Bakugan Battle Brawlers Resistance become a close-knit team.

When Spectre's new sidekick Gus runs into the Brawlers, he goes into battle with Dan to try and teach him a lesson.

Dan goes in search of Gus for a rematch, but when they get down to the brawl Spectre arrives with a big surprise.

The Brawlers help Mira in her quest to find out the truth about what happened to her brother, but while investigating they discover a secret about her father.

Shun and Ace pair up to enter the Bakugan tournament, but they can't seem to get along. They may not be able to work together as a team when the battles commence.

Shun and Ace face a tough fight when Vexos unleash their new Bakugan. Meanwhile, Dan and the others race to find the dimension controller in order to free the Bakugan.

Runo is determined to find a way to New Vestroia to join Dan in saving the Bakugan.

The Vexos try to lure Dan and the gang into joining them. Meanwhile, Marucho and Shun target the Gate Controller.

After realising they have to wait to return to New Vestroia, Dan and the Battle Brawlers decide to enjoy some R & R at an amusement park while they plan their next move.

When Marucho and Ace are tricked into entering the dimensional vortex and are transported to a strange, deserted place. Can they battle their way home?

Marucho finds himself in a desert with Elfin. After falling into quicksand, he is rescued by Volt who later engages him in a battle. Marucho seems to be doing well with his new trap, Tripod Epsilon but when Volt pulls out his trap, Dynamo, things get rough and Marucho is defeated. Back on Earth, Mira and Baron hang out at Dan's, who after waking up from a dream, is still eager to return to New Vestroia in order to help Shun and Marucho.

Still desperately searching for Marucho, Shun travels to Beta City. But while there, he has to fight against the Vexos.

Spectre wants Dan's powerful Bakugan, so he challenges him to a winner takes all battle. Who will come out on top?

Dan is feeling down after losing Drago to Spectre in battle, so he goes into training to try and win back his Bakugan.

Spectre has turned Drago into an evil Bakugan so Dan must do battle with him to free Drago from his clutches.

When Link makes a deal with Spectre to spy on Dan, he tricks his sister Alice into taking him to Vestroia. Meanwhile, Mira betrays the Brawlers.

Dan and Baron mistakenly wander into Spectra's battle arena while looking for Shun, Ace and Marucho. Let the brawling begin!

Mira battles Spectra to decide if she will join forces with her brother and try to take over the world, however, Spectra has a surprise in store.

The gang have one last controller to destroy before all of the Bakugan can be freed - but could this be trap?

Dan and Ace face a showdown with Gus and Mira if they are to destroy Spectre and save the Bakugan, but Mira has a surprise in store for her old friends.

Prince Hydron wants Bakugan trophies and turns the Bakugan warriors into statues and holds them prisoner in his throne room. Can Dan save the day?

Prince Hydron rebels against Spectre when his subjects retreat from New Vestroia. Meanwhile, Marucho battles to rescue his Bakugan from his bronze prison.

After King Zenoheld creates the Bakugan Termination System and defeats the six ancient warriors for their attribute energies, the warriors sacrifice themselves to evolve Drago and the other Bakugan, warning Dan and his friends that New Vestroia is in danger.

As King Zenoheld sends the Vexos to steal the Six Elemental Attributes, Baron Leltoy is defeated by Prince Hydron in battle, losing the Haos energy and racing to warn the Resistance before the others are targeted.

While Ace Grit searches for a home for Baron, he battles Mylene Farrow for the Darkus Energy and, with help from Klaus Von Hertzon and Sirenoid, manages to drive her away before the Vexos can claim it.

After learning the Vexos are targeting the attribute energies, Shun Kazami travels to New Vestroia, where Master Ingram overcomes self-doubt and defeats Lync Volan to protect the Ventus energy.

At Klaus' Mansion, Dan Kuso defeats Spectra Phantom in a fierce battle with the help of his friends and Drago’s newly gained power, while Spectra vows they will battle again.

While Spectra Phantom deceives the people of Vestal, Alice Gehabich briefly overcomes her fear of becoming Masquerade to battle Shadow Prove, whose victory destroys the Resistance’s transporter system and traps Dan’s group on Vestal.

King Zenoheld tries to get the Brawlers to return to Earth. The team suspect that it is a trap when they return home, as Shadow Prove's attack on Alice has been made public.

The Brawlers return back to Earth and see Shun, Runo and Julie waiting for them. In order to evade the Vexos, everyone stays at Marucho's house which is equipped with a shield to hide the attribute energies' signal.

The Brawlers continue to hide out from the Vexos in Marucho's mansion, protected by the Barrier Shield. However, Elfin is restless and begins talking big about facing off with the Vexos.

The Brawlers continue to hide out from the Vexos in Marucho's mansion, when they are paid a surprise visit by Baron's sister Maron. Having already lost his Bakugan's Attribute Energy to the Vexos, Baron decides it is safe to take her out to see the sites.

The Brawlers continue to hide from the Vexos in Marucho's mansion, when they are paid a surprise visit by their old pal Billy. They now learn that Marucho has built a virtual reality system where they can Brawl without fear of losing their Attribute Energies to the Vexos.

With the Brawlers' hiding spot now exposed, the pressure is on. Dan comes up with a plan to storm the Mother Palace in a pre-emptive strike on the Vexos. The only problem is that the Brawlers don't know where the Palace is.

Spectra makes good on his bet with Dan and takes the Brawlers to the Mother Palace; once there, the Brawlers immediately take off in search of the Battle Termination System in order to destroy it.

As Dan and the Brawlers continue their search for the Bakugan Termination System, they run into an ambush by the Palace Guards. The Brawlers are forced to separate.

Unaware that the battlefield is a trap, Dan and Spectra engage in a brawl with Prince Hydron. Soon the other Brawlers show up and reveal that the deck has been stacked by the Vexos.

With the Bakugan Termination System fired up and seconds away from being fully operational, the Brawlers begin a large-scale evacuation of Bakugan from New Vestroia.

With the Bakugan Termination System destroyed, the Brawlers head back to Earth. The gang encounters a group of strange and unfamiliar Bakugan who appear to want to battle but have no Brawlers to work with.

With the Brawlers back on Earth and life getting back to normal, it does not take long for Spectra to show up and throw a spanner in the works.

After Marucho demonstrates that the Brawlers' phantom data is the same as the data Keith received, the newest member of the Brawlers convinces them to let him outfit Drago with Battle Gear.

When Zenoheld declares that he is going to use Clay's Alternative Weapons System to destroy Earth and Vestal, Volt decides that he has had enough.

Professor Clay reveals to Zenoheld that in order to finish the Alternative he will require the DNA Code and the Battle Gear Data from the Brawlers. Mylene is immediately dispatched to retrieve it.

Mylene finds herself next in line to try and retrieve the data Zenoheld requires to complete the Alternative weapons system.

Mylene's Death Ball causes the collapse of Bakugan Interspace. Marucho makes a desperate attempt to contain the destruction, but is only able to evacuate Mira and Keith.

Hydron discovers that a fellow prisoner is none other than Gus Grav, who was presumed dead.

Alice and Dr. Michael use the teleportation signature left behind by Shadow and Mylene to backtrack to the palace; Zenoheld continues his attack, forcing Spectra and Gus to retreat and come up with a plan to counter.

Shun guides the team through the Alternative, where the Brawlers fend off an attack from four mysterious Bakugan before they can shut down the ship's reactor.

Dan travels to a new virtual Bakugan world where kids from all over the planet can battle! He gives his new friend Jake a lesson in how to brawl.

When Ren and Dan cause an explosion in Bakugan Interspace, Ren reveals an astonishing secret and asks for the Brawler's help.

Ren manages to identify three Neathian moles. Meanwhile, Princess Fabia arrives in Bakugan Interspace claiming that the Gundalians are her sworn enemy.

When a mole named Mason Brown is located, Jake challenges him to a brawl! However, when Mason gets the upper hand Subterra master Julie must come to his rescue.

Neathian moles begin kidnapping brawlers from Bakugan Interspace. Meanwhile, Sid and Zenet find it hard to recruit when Marucho puts out an anti-battle warning.

When an intruder alarm goes off in Bakugan Interspace, Dan, Jake, Marucho and Ren race to the scene to confront the invader.

Marucho tricks Ren into a secret battle, but when the fight is over, Ren reveals his true identity.

Ren leads the Gundalians in a bid to kidnap two brawlers. Meanwhile, Dan and Shun have an intense battle with Mason and Taylor.

Using special teleportation powers, Jake manages to take Dan with him into Bakugan Interspace! However, while there, they witness a grim brainwashing.

When Ren is under control of the whole Bakugan Interspace, Marucho comes up with a cunning plan to make things right. Can the Brawlers get there in time?

As the Gundalians overwhelm Neathia with brainwashed brawlers, Linus Claude fails to deliver the Element to Fabia Sheen after losing both it and Neo to Jesse Glenn in battle.

While Dan’s group works to recover Neo, Sid Arkale seizes him in a bid for glory but ultimately loses him to Dan, allowing Drago to receive the Element and evolve into Lumino Dragonoid as Neo dies after completing his mission.

Given a brief pardon by Barodius after his earlier failure, Ren hatches a plot with Zenet to regain possession of the Element.

The Brawlers arrive at Neathia and meet Fabia's sister, Queen Serena; with her blessing, Fabia takes her new friends to see the Sacred Orb, a source of great power that is hidden deep inside a mountain.

With only one remaining security shield protecting Neathia from the invading Gundalian forces, the Brawlers hatch a plan to reinstate a previously destroyed shield.

Dan, Fabia and Shun continue to make their way through the jungle to the shield generator building, when Stoica and Jesse suddenly ambush them.

Having made it to the Generator Building, Shun and Drago find themselves up against an army of Gundalian Guards, as they attempt to restart the Second Shield.

With the Second Shield back up and running, the Brawlers help the Neathians rebuild their strongholds; frustrated that they are losing momentum, Jake strikes out on his own in search of more Gundalians to fight.

When Mason flees from his Gundalian ship, Nurzak and Ren are quickly in pursuit as they attempt to apprehend him before the Emperor learns of his escape.

Fearing for her life, Zenet morphs into a doppelgänger of Ren in order to accompany Gill on a mission to destroy the Second Shield.

On the eve of the revolt against Barodius, Nurzak sends a message to the Brawlers asking to meet and discuss a peace treaty. When the Brawlers show up for the meeting Nurzak is nowhere to be found.

While Kazarina works on a secret weapon designed to take down the restored Second Shield, the Gundalians dispatch their army of hypnotised Earth kids to distract the Brawlers in battle.

As Ren prepares to launch an attack on the restored Second Shield, something strange is happening deep within the bowels of the Gundalian Palace.

Once Kazarina finally completes the upgrades on Exokor, the Twelve Orders descend on Neathia to take down the restored Second Shield. Dan makes another plea to Ren to switch sides but is interrupted by Barodius who launches an all out assault with Colossus Dharak.

Ren's conflict of loyalty comes to a head when he decides to turn his back on Barodius. Furious at his betrayal, the Emperor challenges him to a battle and begins pummelling him.

When the Brawlers are transported back to the Royal Palace, Ren is nowhere to be found. They learn that the Third Shield has been outfitted with a Bio-Filter that prevents anyone with Gundalian DNA from passing through. When Dan asks Fabia to take the shield down and allow Ren to enter, she storms off in anger.

When a geomagnetic storm sweeps across Neathia, knocking out the security system's radar, the Brawlers are forced to patrol the perimeter of the Third Shield to watch for Gundalian attack ships.

Distraught over the loss of Jake to the Gundalians, Dan tries to mount a rescue operation. As the other Brawlers attempt to talk him out of it, Jake appears. Claiming to have escaped Kazarina's clutches he is shaken up but seems okay. While Dan is overjoyed to see his friend, Shun remains suspicious.

Desperate to rescue the still hypnotised Jake from the clutches of the enemy, Dan rallies the Brawlers to go after their pal. However their plans are foiled when Queen Serena stops them travelling to Gundalia.

The Brawlers hitch a ride to Gundalia on Dragonoid Colossus. On arrival Ren announces that in addition to Jake, he would also like to rescue his former teammates who are being held captive in Kazarina's lab.

After being separated from his teammates, Dan finds himself face to face with Barodius. They engage in a fearsome battle, and Drago quickly winds up losing. Perplexed as to why his new powers don't give him the winning edge, Dragonoid Colossus reveals to Drago that his true evolution has yet to happen.

After infiltrating Gundalian Castle, Nurzak and Fabia square off with Kazarina and Stoica; during the battle, a powerful attack causes the ground to collapse underneath them, sending Fabia and Nurzak spiraling down into the abyss.

Marucho and Akwimos infiltrate a troop briefing and are surprised to discover that it is being led by Jake, who is telling the Gundalian forces the secret battle strategies of the Brawlers.

The Brawlers regroup in a secret hideout left behind by Nurzak. When they learn of Dan's capture and Nurzak's apparent demise, they decide that they must strike immediately. As they make their way to Kazarina's lab, they run into one ambush after another and are forced to split up.

While under Kazarina's hypnotic spell, Dan and Jake are able to communicate on a subconscious level and manage to break her spell.

Realising that Barodius has gone off to attack Neathia with the evolved Phantom Dharak, the Brawlers attempt to give chase. They are sidetracked when they are attacked by Kazarina and her teammates. After successfully dispatching Stoica, Airzel and Gill the Brawlers make a run for it, but Fabia stays behind to fight.

The battle between Fabia and Kazarina continues. When Nurzak and Mason show up Kazarina flees but is ambushed by Gill. When she is taken down during their fight, Kazarina's spell is broken and everyone under hypnosis returns to normal.harak begins.

The final battle for possession of the Sacred Orb is underway. When Barodius splits off and makes a play for the Neathian Palace, Dan gives chase leaving the others behind to battle Dharak. Just as he catches up with the evil Emperor, Dan is hit by a giant blast of light.

Code Eve, transports Dan, Drago, Barodius and Dharak to a middle dimension so the final battle can be fought. The winner will not only be endowed with mighty powers, but will also be crowned the ruler of Bakugan.

Dan and the gang have set up a new arena - but a mysterious brawler from Team Anubias arrives to challenge Dan for the leaderboard.

Dan denies there's a problem with Drago and in private he takes him to an abandoned arena to practise. However, a powerful Bakugan appears from nowhere to battle.

Dan is struggling to comprehend that Code Eve is the source of Drago's evil power. He then gets drawn into an argument with Annubius and agrees to a match.

Dan's mum tells Shun and Marucho that he's been having nightmares, they follow Dan to find out that he's been training Drago in secret.

The team ask Dan to take a break from battling until he can learn to harness Drago's new powers. However, life without Dan is harder than they thought.

Dan is haunted by strange dreams as he attempts to get back to battling and harness Drago's powers yet his new abilities once again prove too powerful for him.

The newly discovered Bako-Nanos allow the brawlers to engage in more extreme battling. Meanwhile, the Bash Bros take the tournament by storm.

Dan and Drago return to new Vestroia to train. They run into Prayus and his new student Amazon, however, even in practise Drago cannot control his powers.

Anubias is sent to New Vestroia to battle Dan and Drago. Preyas steps in, but Anubias summons his own Mechtogan.

Rafe and Paige learned that the Mechtogans appears when there is a lack of sync between a brawler and their Bakugan. Meanwhile, Marucho's father asks him to quit.

Drago struggles to gain control of Zenthon and worries that it is because he and Dan are out of sync; Paige and Rafe worry that the Brawlers are slipping.

Wyvern takes Dan and Drago on a journey into the center of their minds to try and solve the identity of the mysterious man haunting their visions.

In order to save Drago's powers, Dan and Drago have to go back through their own memories to find Code Eve, the mother of all Bakugan.

The Brawlers face Team Anubias in the next round and Dan and Drago have to summon a Mechtogan Titanin order to defeat Sellon's triple Mechtogan assault.

With the Chaos Bakugan on a deadly rampage, the Bakugan Battle Brawlers must try to save the day by summoning their Bakugan to do battle.

Dan Kuso expected a Hero's welcome on his return, but he soon finds that people are still angry at him for leaving.

The Battle Brawlers go to Paige's home and find a devastated city, discovering later that the evil Mag Mel and the brutish Razenoid are behind it all.

The Gundalian soldiers try to get revenge on the Chaos Bakugan but Anubias and Sellon's powerful bakugans, Aquos-Darkus and Pyrus-Darkus, soon arrive.

Nurzak warns the others that the Chaos Bakugan's next target will be Neathia - if they are able to take Gundalia down.

After the Gundalias battle, Mag Mel desires Dan's key even more so he sends Anubias and Sellon to get it, but they also aspire to destroy Dan on.

Spyron hunts Sellon down but Chris and Soon save her and take her with them to the repaired access point, but will she help or just cause trouble?

Dan and Shun are defending Bakugan Interspace when they discover Mag Mel has both the gate and the key, meaning his resurrection is not far away.

Stuck in Interspace, battling off the Chaos Bakugan, Dan has a vision that Mag Mel plans to attack the Earth but will he be successful?

Marucho explains the plan to prevent Mag Mel from getting to Earth but, before that, they must split into two groups.

Mag Mel tortures all the humans by putting them into the dark reverse dimension of the Earth while the Dark Moon sends Razen Titans to blow the Earth up.

The battle continues between Dan and Mag Mel and, with the team fighting Bakugan, Mechtogan and Mechtogan Titans on Earth, will this be the end of it all?

A long time has passed since Mag Mel and Razenoid's defeat. Earth, New Vestroia, Vestal, and Neathia have been emptied of all the Chaos Bakugan. Everyone has returned home, including Spectra, Gus, Paige, Rafe, Taylean, and Trister.

The Brawlers learn that the leader of the Mechtogan's and Nonet Bakugan is a battler called Wiseman.

Dan, Drago, and Reptak ask the people of Bakugan City if they have seen Gunz, but no one has. Then Reptak, Gunz's former Bakugan partner, hears Gunz's voice and joins Dan and Drago in the battle against Wiseman.

After Shun and Jaakor train together, Shun takes off but Orbeum and Skytruss appear and ask Jaakor to go with them to New Vestroia to protect the Bakugan. Meanwhile, Shun is confronted by Wiseman and his Bakugan Spatterix and Stronk.

Dan, Drago, and Reptak ask the people of Bakugan City if they have seen Gunz, but no one has. Then Reptak, Gunz's former Bakugan partner, hears Gunz's voice and joins Dan and Drago in the battle against Wiseman.

A friend from the past comes to help the Brawlers in a battle with Wiseman and his Mechtogan.

Wiseman reappears and attacks the amusement park that Bakugan helped create Bakugan Land. Julie decides to go and confront him as a reporter to see what his problem is, and the Battle Brawlers must try and find a way to contain the Nomads powers once again.

Gunz suddenly appears after a long absence. Dan is suspicious that Gunz and Wiseman are one in the same.

Now that Wiseman has stolen several of their Battle Suits, the Brawlers lure Wiseman into a battle in attempt to take them back.

The Brawlers go on the hunt to track down any clues that might lead them to Wiseman's hideout in an effort to trap him there.

It's a race against time as the Brawlers once again battle Mechtavius Destroyer, but this time they are missing a crucial member.

Runo meets a new Bakugan named Aerogan, who asks to be her partner. Aerogan must prove himself against Wiseman and his henchmen.

When the Brawlers are finally able to infiltrate Wiseman's stronghold, they are drawn into a vicious battle.

Gunz discovers that Wiseman has morphed and taken on his features! Wiseman finally reveals his dark secret.

Coredegon and his Mechtogan brothers combine to make Mechtavius Destroyer, a powerful mega-Mechtogan who wants to conquer the earth and universe.

The Brawlers are trapped in the Doom Dimension by Mechtogan Mechtavius Destroyer. Meanwhile, The Nonet Bakugan take on Mechtavius Destroyer.

Mechtavius Destroyer wreaks havoc in Bakugan City. The Brawlers, still trapped in the Doom Dimension, battle Gunz and Betadron.

After attacking Bakugan City, Mechtavius Destroyer invades New Vestroia. The Bakugan put up a brave fight but are no match for his strength.

The Brawlers travel back in time with the help of Professor Worton in an attempt to undo the destruction caused by Mechtavius Destroyer.

As the Brawlers face off against Mechtavius Destroyer in the battle to end all battles, Dragonoid Destroyer pulls a surprise maneuver.
